HUGGY EARRINGS...
Huggy earrings - Huggies are a popular style of earring where the setting actually 'hugs' your earlobe. These can come in different shapes and sizes, from hearts to rectangles. Many custom jewelers make huggy earrings because of the many varieties of setting that can be used to make a good template for their craft. Most times, stones are channel set in huggy earrings.
DANGLE EARRINGS...
Dangle earrings - Dangle earrings are designed to flow from the bottoms of the earlobes, and are available in various lengths from a centimeter or two, all the way to brushing the shoulders. They are generally attached to the ear by the use of thin wires, which go through the earlobe and connect to themselves in a small hook at the back. A variation is the French hook design, which merely hangs from the earlobe without closure, although small plastic retainers are sometimes used on ends of French hooks. Rarely, dangle earrings use the post attachment design.
SILVER HOOP EARRINGS..
Silver Hoop earrings - hoop earrings are circular or semi-circular in design, and look very similar to a ring. They are often constructed of metal tubing, with a thin wire attachment penetrating the ear. The hollow tubing is permanently attached to the wire at the front of the ear, and slips into the tube at the back. The entire device is held together by tension between the wire and the tube. Other hoop designs do not complete the circle, but penetrate through the ear in a post, using the same attachment techniques that apply to stud earrings.
EARRINGS...
Earrings are jewelry attached to the ear through a piercing in the earlobe or some other external part of the ear (except in the case of clip earrings, which clip onto the lobe). Earrings are worn by both sexes. In western cultures, earrings have traditionally been worn primarily by women, although in recent decades, ear piercing has also become popular among men in North America, Europe, Asia and Africa

NOSE RINGS..
The nose rings were made either of gold or diamond and were in the form of a small ball or a small flat disc. The type of nose ring is determined by the area to be adorned. Although nose rings are very common in India, they actually originated in the Middle East. It was only during the 16th century that the practice of piercing the nose filtered into India, for ancient Indian civilization has not recorded any evidence of its existence either in the sculptures at Ajanta and Ellora, the excavations of Harappa and Mohenjadaro or during the reign of the Kushan and Gupta dynasties. Nose rings seem to be associated with the Hindu religion itself. However, the fact that Muslim ladies and children also wear nathunis (nose rings) belies the fact at least to a certain extent.
NOSE PINS..
Nose pins come in various designs from solitaire diamonds sparkling in the nose to gold designs in floral and other pretty shapes, encrusted with precious pearls and gemstones. Nose pins made of gold and heavily ornamented are usually worn at weddings and because of their weight they are supported by fine chains attached to the hair. These nose ornaments are also made from other metals but one has to be careful what one wears, as they can cause allergic reactions.

ANKLETS..
An anklet, ankle chain, or ankle bracelet is an ornament worn around the ankle. Barefoot anklets and toe rings historically have been worn for centuries by married women in India, though in the United States both casual and more formal anklets became fashionable in the late twentieth century. While in western popular culture both younger men and women may wear casual leather anklets, they are popular among barefoot women. Formal anklets (silver, gold, beads) are common women's fashion jewelry. In India anklets are the most common sort of jewelry worn by most middle-class and lower-sections of Indian society. Anklets are an important jewelery in Indian marriages worn along with saris.
Much more rarely, the ankle chains are joined by a stretch of chain to limit the step. This practice was once more prevalent in the Middle East, where the effect was to give a 'feminine' short tripping step. Today a few western women follow this practice, but rarely in public. A very few people even have 'permanent', e.g. soldered-on, ankle chains, and more rarely still, so is the connecting chain.
TOE RINGS..
A toe ring is a ring made out of various metals and non-metals worn on any of the toes. Toe rings are worn by women but is becoming more popular with men. The second toe of either foot is where they are worn most commonly. In most western countries they are a relatively new fashion accessory. There is not a symbolic meaning for wearing toe rings. They are only regarded to be a new fashion jewerly; they often accompany barefoot sandals, anklets, barefeet or flip flops.

ENGAGEMENT RINGS...
In some countries, such as the United States and the United Kingdom, it is worn on the left-hand ring finger, while in other countries, such as Poland and Ukraine, it is customary for the ring to be worn on the right-hand. Similar traditions purportedly date to classical times, dating back from an early usage reportedly referring to the fourth finger of the left hand as containing the vena amoris or "vein of love".
In the United States and Canada today it is becoming more common, but still quite rare, that a woman will also buy her partner an engagement ring (also called a promise ring or 'mangagement' ring) at the time of the engagement.WEDDING RINGS..
A wedding ring or wedding band consists of a metal ring. In certain countries it is worn on the base of the left ring finger. In other parts of the world, it is worn on the right ring finger (see Post-wedding customs below).
Such a ring symbolizes marriage: a spouse wears it to indicate a marital commitment to fidelity. The European custom of wearing such a ring has spread widely beyond Europe.
RINGS..
A finger ring is a band worn as a type of ornamental jewellery around a finger; it is the most common current meaning of the word ring. Other types of metal bands worn as ornaments are also called rings, such as arm rings and neck rings.Rings are worn by both men and women and can be of any quality. Rings can be made of metal, plastic, wood, bone, glass, gemstone and other materials. They may be set with a "stone" of some sort, which is often a precious or semi-precious gemstone such as ruby, sapphire or emerald, but can also be of almost any material.
BANGLES..
Bangles or Chudi (Urdu: ﭼﻮﮌﯼ) (Tamil: Valayal) (Telugu: Gaaju) are traditional ornaments worn by Indian women and Pakistani women, especially Hindus. They are worn after marriage to signify matrimony.
They are circular in shape, and, unlike bracelets, are not flexible. The word is derived from Hindi bungri (glass). They are made of numerous precious as well as non-precious materials such as gold, silver, platinum, glass, wood, ferrous metals, plastic, etc.
Bangles are part of traditional Indian jewelry. They are usually worn in pairs by women, one or more on each arm. Most Indian women prefer wearing either gold or glass bangles or combination of both. Inexpensive Bangles made from plastic are slowly replacing those made by glass, but the ones made of glass are still preferred at traditional occasions such as marriages and on festivals.
The designs range from simple to intricate handmade designs, often studded with precious and semi-precious stones such as diamonds, gems and pearls.
DIAMOND BRACELETS..
PEARL BRACELETS..
The Joys of Pearl Jewelry
Pearl jewelry has delighted women for centuries. Pearl necklaces, once worn only on formal occasions, are now seen on young women in jeans, business women in their offices, as well as glamorous women out for a romantic evening. Many a woman has used fine pearl jewelry to look and feel her best even in everyday activities.
Quality Makes the Difference in Fine Pearl Jewelry
Getting high quality pearl jewelry costs a little more than buying the cheapest mass produced pearls on the market. But the difference is noticeable at a glance. Pearl necklaces or earrings made with the finest pearls have much higher luster and look better for longer. They are heirlooms rather than something to be discarded after a few years. To understand how to choose pearl jewellery that will look great for years, see our information pages.
